Susan Spokes started her career as a Lettings negotiator in her hometown of South Shields and was addicted immediately to her role, working hard over the years to progress to Branch Manager. Valuing homes from Seahouses to Seaham gives Susan a lot of experience across the region.
Having worked in both Sales and Lettings means Susan has a vast knowledge of the industry and can help those not only on their first or second purchase but also Investor Landlords too.
Due to the fast pace of daily life, we understand that you may want to discuss your property long after the normal office hours of 9-5. We often find that Susan is talking to customers on an evening and many weekends across a variety of channels whether that be on the work mobile, WhatsApp, messenger or email.
